The role of Manager Customer Service is a great opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team of customer care professionals and help us achieve our dream of being the best little Zoo in the world!

In this role you will take the lead on ensuring all Zoo visitors and customers are welcomed to the Zoo and given excellent levels of service. You will lead the team responsible for selling all manner of commercial products at the Zoo – including tickets, gifts, Encounters, Sleepovers and Functions. You will be great at making systems work, ensuring guests are greeted warmly and you will play an active role in contributing to the Zoo’s strategic goal to be financially sustainable! Working alongside the Manager Marketing & Communications and Manager Fundraising, the Manager Customer Service will be responsible for the outward ‘face’ of the Zoo. Candidates must have at least three years Customer Service experience and proven leadership skills. Experience of working in a not-for-profit environment would be a bonus.
